How EARitating.
Not being able to hear out of my ear has proven to be quite EARitating. In all seriousness, though, when is this ear infection going to go away? I have only 2 days left of my antibiotic. Unfortunately I think I’m going to have to go back to the doctor before this is all over.
In happier news, I really like my job. Working with little kids, although trying at times, is really rewarding. Plus, I get lots of adorable stories.
I had one little boy come up to me with an acorn the other day. He was so excited and had a huge smile on his face. Then, if you didn’t think it could get any cuter, he screamed “I found a coconut!!”
Today, our group was at gymnastics. We were all stretching on a mat, sitting down and stretching our legs, and the gymnastics leader told them to point their toes. “I CAN’T!” screamed one boy. We all stopped and looked at him and told him that we were sure he could do it and to just try his best. “You don’t understand,” he says. “My Daddy told me that it’s rude to point! We shouldn’t be rude!” Hahaha. Not this kind of pointing, kid. Good manners, though.

And, oh, those kids sound so cute! Kids are so adorable – I love with what they come up with sometimes.
There’s nothing worse than an ear infection. I get them really bad at times, and it even gives me a migraine, and really bad jaw pain. It’s the worst. Feel better, Caity <3
I hate ear infections, because Irarely get them, but when I do they are awful.
Aw, I’m sorry :( earaches are the worst. mine are really sensitive, so I get them all the time. How cute was that kid? :)
I once clogged my ear and it drove me nuts just hearing one one. My biggest sympaties! :) I seriously hope you feel better soon though!! Kick that ear-infections ass!
Oh, and that kid totally rocked ;) It’s amazing what comes running out of their mouths sometimes :)

i hate ear infections more than anything! as a kid i used to get them allllll the time. such a pain. I hope it goes away soon!
I worked with kids the past 2 summers, its fun but yes, very tiring at times lol. They say the silliest things at times, and those two you just told are the cutest! LOL, aww
ps. I love the puppy in your last post! I have a shih tzu as well! shes 4, but people think shes still a puppy cause shes small, she weights 7 pounds :D (im not sure if shes a toy kind.. could be?)

Hi Caity, Hope your ear gets better and soon! Ear ache hurts! :( I had to get mine drained and then, uhh. Should I write this? LOL! But it was rather disgusting on what they did to my ear, But let me tell you that It makes feel a whole lot better!!! :) Not the finest things to have done but think about it :) Well, Keep me posted on how your feeling. Sometimes ears will stay clogged until the last dose. If it’s not better, though, I would go back to the doctor.

Those stories where absolutely adorable. Especially the coconut one. So glad you are enjoying your job, it’s much easier to get up and go to work when you like what you’re doing. Hope you start to feel better!
Aww, those kids are adorable! I love working with kids, but there are so little opportunities these days… (or maybe I am just too lazy to look for any). But ahhh kids < it sounds painful. I remember I had an ear infection ages ago (it was because of my piercing), didn't enjoy it a single bit. Now I am glad it's over. And I am sure yours will be soon too!
