I thought I would sum up my year in thoughts and in photos.
January
- Mark & Greg came to visit us in New York.
- I started singing some opera with my voice teacher.
- Josh and I got addicted to Bawls from ThinkGeek.com.
- We had an awesome party at my friend Laura’s.
- We had the Snowpocalypse 2010. Haha.
February
- I ate sushi for the first time.
- We got our Wedding album. :)
- It snowed more.
- I got addicted to African Peanut Potato stew and made it like a million times.
March
- Mom’s birthday! We got her a Pandora charm bracelet.
- Marisa’s bridal shower.
- Kathryn’s bridal shower.
- I went to confession for the first time in years. Shh.
April
- Easter.
- Fun party at Nicole’s.
- We went to a Yankee game.
- Started playing Dungeons and Dragons Online.
May
- My 26th birthday.
- My fun bowling birthday party.
- I got my Kindle!
- I stopped being vegan after almost 11 months.
- Kathryn and Steve’s wedding!
June
- I started using myfitnesspal.com for the first time.
- Josh went fishing with my Dad and Grandpa.
- We celebrated our wedding anniversary. :)
- School ended. I said goodbye to my job.
- I housesat and petsat for my parents.
July
- I had a fun Fourth of July party with my friends.
- Marisa and Tony’s wedding!! :)
- My sister’s dog, Scruffy, died.
August
- My sister got a new dog named Casey.
- Josh made the best chicken I’ve ever eaten.
- I worked at a summer camp. :)
- We went to the vineyards for my friend Laura’s birthday!
- I got really sick and had to go to the hospital.
September
- WE MOVED TO NEW ZEALAND!!!
- I got my work visa for New Zealand!
- Finally started playing Wrath a month prior, got 3 of my characters to 80 on WoW.
- Our awesome goodbye party. <3
October
- Viv’s birthday!
- Raewyn’s movies birthday!
- We went on a trip to go see Josh’s grandmother!
- We went to Castle point!
- I stopped blogging.
November
- Sucked.
- I lost 20 pounds.
- I started taking my awesome NZ walks.
December
- Move into our new flat.
- Josh’s 26th birthday.
- We went to Ngawi to get Paua.
- I started making friendship bracelets again.
- My first NZ Christmas.
It was a jam packed year. Lots of great things happened. A couple crappy things happened. Overall, 2010 was a good one. Here’s to hoping 2011 is even better. Happy New Year!

i’d say your year was pretty crazy considering how you moved half way across the world and all. I think we’re in for another snowpocalypse again this year if this past weekend was any sign :(

This was an awesome post! I adore photo posts, and it was a perfect way to remember the year. I wish I could remember what happened this past year, but… I don’t even remember what I had for breakfast this morning (actually it was Kix)… lol.

I like this idea a lot. It’s a good way to see what you’ve done throughout the year. Unfortunatly I don’t take enough photos or blog enough to know what I did last year!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! I loved how you did. What a clever and fun idea to celebrate your year in pictures. How did the warm holidays go for you? It’s got to strange.
I still can’t believe how brave you were to up and move all the way to New Zealand, but it sounds like you’ve got a great group of people to be over there.
Also, congrats on losing 20 pounds. Those walks must be really good for you.
