101 in 1001

The Challenge:
Complete 101 preset tasks in a period of 1001 days.

The Criteria:
Tasks must be specific (ie. no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on your part).

Start Date: Monday, March 1, 2010
End Date: Monday, November 26, 2012

    Caity’s 101 Things in 1001 Days

  1. Move to New Zealand.
  2. Get a job in New Zealand.
  3. Make a new friend in New Zealand.
  4. Lose the first 10 annoying pounds.
  5. Lose 25 more pounds.
  6. Lose the rest of the weight (at least 15, but up to 25) until I feel comfortable about myself.
  7. Wear a skirt again.
  8. Wear a form fitting dress again.
  9. Work out for 3 days a week for an entire month. (In hopes this will kick start me.)
  10. Complete the one hundred pushups challenge.
  11. Complete the two hundred situps challenge.
  12. Complete the two hundred squats challenge.
  13. Take my multivitamin twice daily for 30 days.
  14. Go on a vacation with Josh.
  15. Give a gift to Josh just because.
  16. Go to a cricket match.
  17. Go to a concert.
  18. Private. ;)
  19. Read 30 books.
  20. Watch 30 movies.
  21. Try 10 new video games.
  22. Go see another Broadway play.
  23. Go camping. Real camping.
  24. Go for a nature hike.
  25. Try 5 new restaurants.
  26. Try 5 new foods.
  27. Visit 5 places on Long Island I’ve never been before.
  28. Do not eat any take out for an entire month.
  29. Cook 25 new dinners.
  30. Bake 10 new desserts.
  31. Start a recipe book.
  32. Host a party.
  33. Decorate the walls in my apartment.
  34. Blog every day for a month for at least 10 months.
  35. Host a giveaway on my blog.
  36. Complete a 26 Things photo project.
  37. Complete 3 other sh1ft photo projects.
  38. Complete a 50 in 50mm photo challenge.
  39. Send a postcard through Post Crossing.
  40. Create a list of 101 things that make me happy.
  41. Organize all of my computer’s folders and files.
  42. Randomly pay for someone behind me in a drive-through line.
  43. Hang a windchime in a random parking lot, just because.
  44. Compliment a stranger who seems to be feeling sad (and really mean it).
  45. Go on a roadtrip with no predetermined destination!
  46. Buy 5 things off etsy that I think are cute.
  47. Try the Diva Cup for at least 2 menstrual cycles.
  48. Donate all clothes I don’t need or wear anymore to charity.
  49. Donate blood two times.
  50. Donate $10 to charity for each goal not completed at the end of 1001 days.
  51. Create a new 101 in 1001 list.
